Dr. Sumaiyah Ahmed is Assistant Professor, at the Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi and Visiting Fellow at CSPS. She holds PhD from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her doctoral thesis focuses on Women’s Empowerment in the Gulf Countries. Her research interests include Gender Issues in West Asia, Islamic Feminism, and Women Activism.
